Zinks Auctions is the prodigy of PEZ Consulting LLC, formed in October 2004, as a consulting firm specialized in the disposition of real estate, held by companies in rehabilitation and Zinks_Auctions on eBay, created in June 2005 for the purpose of selling and buying collectibles and everyday items. The owner has been in and around real estate since 1989, and has dealt with everything from ALTA's to Zoning.
